We currently ship within the United States only. International delivery is something we plan to switch on later, and the newsletter at the bottom of any page is where that gets announced first.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with your tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5 to 12 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is quicker and can be selected at checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay, with nothing added afterwards. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $70.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked. Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or the Track Your Order link in the main menu. If your tracking has not updated for several days, email campunknown@mail.com with your order number and we will chase it up for you.
If something goes wrong
If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, call USPS on (800) 275-8777 so they can locate it at your local post office, and email us at campunknown@mail.com so we can help from our side too. If a parcel turns up damaged, photograph it before you unpack it and see our Refund Policy.
